Normally I steer clear of anything that sits high on my waist for fear that it will make me look much shorter than my 5 foot frame, but one look at these navy, wide-leg pants I knew I had to have them! They are so lightweight and very comfy, and the belted bow just ties it all together (pun intended!) Paired with a white scalloped lace top, and floral peep-toe heels, makes for a simple, but cute work outfit!
This skirt is my mother’s from the late 70’s early 80’s, I had it taken up a few inches since it was a mid calf skirt and so unflattering on me. This paisley button is Izod and super lightweight and I paired them both with these strappy nude sandals for the ultra feminine look. PS guys, this bun is made with 70% extensions, since my hair is thin.
I am in love with Palazzo pants right now. I got these from Target and they are so comfortable and can be dressed up, or down. This gorgeous coral top and cardigan are from The Loft. These chunky heel strappy sandal are Steve Madden and they pull this whole outfit together.
It was such a perfect day and setting for our floral photo shoot! The backdrops and grounds at Chatham Manor in Fredericksburg were breathtaking! I chose this red off-the-shoulder floral ruffle dress because the brick red color is just gorgeous and the ruffle detail gives it a little fun factor! I decided to pair the dress with a nude, open-toe shootie, which nicely complimented it!! This dress can definitely be dressed up with a pair of high heels for date night, or dressed down with a pair of flats for a day at the winery!
We spent the day taking these fun, gorgeous floral pictures at Chatham Manor! This dress is so elegant and romantic and by far one of the softest dresses I own. I paired it with my black, suede block heels from Steve Madden! You can find this beauty at the LuckyBrand Outlet or on Amazon. See the links below!
There are times when I’m not in the mood to dress up for meetings (you all know what I’m talking about!) and today was definitely one of those days for me! However, I knew I couldn’t go wrong with a classic black and white outfit! What I liked about this collared shirt was the little scalloped detailing along the buttons, that went perfectly with my black pencil skirt. I decided to compliment my outfit with a pop of red by adding a belt and, of course matching shoes! Bam! Ready for my meeting!
This is one of my favorite outfits, (patterns, of course). Even though the browns aren’t perfectly matching, they still look good together. This whole outfit was bought at New York and Company a few years ago and it still is a classic look no matter what the current fashion. These loafer heels, even though you can’t tell, are also menswear inspired and pull the whole outfit together.
This skirt is everything! If you don’t know already, Loft is probably my favorite store ever and it certainly did not disappoint when I stopped in to look this week. I actually fell in love with everything in the store this time around, but since I know they have a 40-50% off sale about every two weeks there’s no point in paying for anything full price! I did however snag this beautiful, vibrant, and detail oriented skirt! If you have Loft cash right now, there are definitely some pieces worth taking a look at! This skirt was so popular it sold out in the first day, but I checked back today and they’ve re-stocked so you’re all in luck! I hope you enjoy this look as much as I do!
I was browsing through Amazon (like you do when you’re bored! Haha!) and came across this cute cold-shoulder shirt! I am so into floral prints right now and this was too cute to pass up. The shirt is comfy and lightweight, and can be worn with any type of jeans, pants, or shorts – who doesn’t love that?! Since it was a casual day, I just paired it with my Levi’s skinny jeans and white sandals. Can you say comfy?! 🙂
